Complete application & signatures of guardian
Obtain verification documents (this could be an email from a teacher saying they participated/ earned certificates instead of them signing on the form)
Scan with their phones/ take pictures of all documents and the application

Seniors, would you like to prove you are both college and career ready? Earn your Work Ethic Distinction!

All Rutherford County High School seniors are eligible to earn the Work Ethic Distinction. A student must earn a minimum of 20 from the 50 available standards points in addition to obtaining a regular high school diploma. Students who obtain this distinction are proving that they are both college and career ready. This distinction will guarantee an interview with employers as long as the candidate meets job related requirements.
