What if I miss a day?  

It will be your responsibility to check Schoology for the Nearpod/activity or work on artwork during WT.

 

Do you take late work? The LHS policy is:   

10 point deduction each school day something is late. No more than 30 points will be deducted from an assignment if late more than 3 days.

 

How are my 9 weeks grades averaged?

Daily Grades (Bellwork, classwork, homework)...40%

Tests (Artwork)...............60%

 

A= 100-90       B=89-80     C=79-70       D=69-60       F=59-0

 

How will my artwork be graded?

50%  Projects

50%  Participation

 

Restroom

Can not go the first 10 minutes of class or the last 10 minutes of class.  IF you are gone longer than 10 minutes you will be considered skipping and receive a dean referral. 

 

Food and Drink

No food is allowed in the Art room. If you need a snack do it before class starts or at the very end.  Drinks with lids only please. 

 

Cleaning Up

This is an art studio.  As an artist you must keep your space and area clean and take care of putting away materials.  This will hinder your participation grade if you do not.
