2023 National Space Club  & Foundation Keynote Scholar

  • The applicant must be a U.S. citizen.
  • The scholarship is open to seniors in high school through graduate students.
  • The applicant must have the intention of pursuing a career in the STEM fields and plan to attend an accredited U.S. college or university to follow a course of study to pursue a career in the STEM field, with a preference for those with space related interests.
  • The applicant can only use the $15,000.00 scholarship towards tuition for the 2023-2024 academic year.
  • The applicant must not have previously spoken at the Dr. Robert H. Goddard Memorial Dinner.

All applicants must meet all of the following criteria to be considered eligible for the 2022 Live Más Scholarship Program:

  • Applicant is a legal resident of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (“D.C.”) who is at least 16 years of age and no older than 26 years of age as of the last day of the Program Period located in the United States or D.C.
    • If an applicant is a minor in his/her/their state of residence, they must receive parental consent from his/her/their parent/legal guardian to apply.
  • Applicant must be on-track to apply for or enrolled in an accredited post-high school/post-secondary educational program (including accredited two-and four-year colleges, universities, vocational-technical and trade schools).
  • Applicant must be willing to work with the Taco Bell Foundation’s Scholarship Management Company throughout the application and award process.

McDonald's HACER National Scholarship

Up to $5,000/ Up to 30 recipients February 3, 2022
  1. For the 2022 contest, any child or grandchild (or step-child, step-grandchild, or legal ward) of a living Elk who joined the order on or before April 1, 2019, or a charter member of a Lodge that was instituted on or after April 1, 2019, is eligible to apply. The Elk must also be a paid-up member through March 31, 2022. Great-grandchildren are not eligible.
  2. The applicant must be a high school senior.
  3. The applicant must apply online only. The 2022 Legacy Awards application deadline is February 7, 2022.
  4. If the applicant's parent and grandparent are both Elk members, the applicant must apply through the parent's Elks Lodge.
  5. We have waived the standardized test requirement for the 2022 Legacy contest. You do not need to submit ACT and/or SAT scores.
  6. Students may apply for more than one ENF scholarship; however, they may win only one. In cases where the student wins more than one, we will award the scholarship with the greater value. Students can accept local and state scholarships, which are separate from the awards at the national level.
  7. Legacy Awards may only be applied to accredited US American schools, colleges or universities. (Note: Applicants from Guam, Panama, Puerto Rico and the Philippines may apply Legacy Awards toward schools, colleges or universities in their respective homes.)
  8. If you are selected as a 2022 Legacy Awards recipient, you will be required to perform service once a year with an Elks Lodge during the four years you are receiving the scholarship.

The Richard Siegel Foundation 2022 Scholarship

Scholarships shall be granted to high school graduates entering a full-time program of college study within one year from the scholarship application deadline (applications limited to incoming freshmen only). Scholarships are limited to graduates of public high schools in the City of Murfreesboro and Rutherford County, Tennessee, as provided in the Charter of The 
Richard Siegel Foundation. The scholarships will be available to all individuals regardless of sex, race, religion, or national origin. Some students may be required to appear before the selection committee. The scholarships will be awarded on an equal opportunity basis. 
To qualify for scholarship funds, students shall be required to possess the following:
1. At least a 2.8 (on a 4.0 scale) cumulative high school G.P.A., or its equivalent, OR a 20 composite A.C.T. score, or its equivalent; and
2. Need for financial assistance.

The Gordon A. Rich Scholarship
  1. Applicants must be dependent children of full-time employees in the financial services industry (commercial banks, investment banks, securities brokerage firms, insurance companies, fund and asset management companies, credit card and finance companies and similar businesses as determined by the Foundation). Employees must be presently employed with five years of experience OR no longer employed in this field but had ten years of experience which ended no longer than five years prior to the GAR Scholarship application closing date (which is located on the top of the application).
  2. Students must be graduating high school seniors who are enrolling as full time first year students in pursuit of a four-year bachelor's degree at an accredited college/university in the United States.
  3. Students must have a minimum grade point average of 3.5 (on a 4.0 scale) and rank in the top 20% of their class.
  4. Students must demonstrate financial need.
  5. Students must be a US citizen or legal resident.

The Dream   U. S. National Scholarship

You are eligible to apply if you:

  1. Have DACA; TPS; or came to the country before November 1, 2016, and otherwise meet the DACA criteria;
  2. Came to the United States before the age of 16 (if you were born in the U.S. – you are not eligible for our scholarship);
  3. Have significant unmet financial need;
  4. Have graduated or will graduate from a United States high school (or have earned or will earn a high school equivalency diploma) by the end of the 2021-22 academic year;
  5. Graduated or will graduate with a GPA of 2.5 or better on a 4.0 scale;
  6. Have not earned more than 21 credits in a community college or a 4-year college or university before the Fall of 2022 (not counting credits earned in a pre-college or dual enrollment program in high school);
  7. Intend to enroll full-time in an associate or bachelor’s degree program at a Partner College no later than the Spring term of 2022-23 academic year;
  8. Are eligible for in-state tuition at the Partner College you want to attend (not applicable if it is a private Partner College).

  1. A student employee who has been employed for at least six months by a TGCSA member company as of January 1, 2022, or

  3. A TGCSA member company must still employ the applicant or parent/spouse of the applicant at the time the winners are selected.
  4. Award criteria for TGEF scholarships include full-time student status as defined by the institution the recipient is attending during the year that the scholarship is awarded. Full-time status is typically a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester.
  5. Scholarship recipients must continue in school for the entire academic year without interruption, barring illness, emergency, or military service.
