About Me

Greetings Students & Parents,

Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Ms. Alyssia Turner, I am so excited to serve as the A/V Production & Journalism Instructor at LaVergne High School! I look forward to an exciting school year! I have taught communication courses for over five years and have worked in education for about fifteen years. The study of Communication and making positive connections with students are a top priority. In this course, students will gain knowledge about the Communication Process, Career Exploration, Safety, Video Production, and a whole lot more. Students will receive hands-on training in this course, and work towards industry certification. Adventure awaits!
