About Mr. Alexander

Nicholas Alexander is a Tennessee native percussionist and pianist who has grown up in Brentwood, TN.

 

He received his BM in Music Education (Percussion) from MTSU in 2022 and has worked with programs such as Summit High School, Greenbrier High School, Siegel High School, and Oakland High School as a percussion instructor while earning his degree. He is currently the Assistant Band Director at La Vergne High School.

 

Some of his musical accomplishments include being a member of MCDC and the Madison Scouts DBC, along with a Marimbist at the seven time world champion Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps in 2019 earning 5th place in world class. He was selected to the US Army All American Marching Band in 2017 as a high school senior, along with holding multiple section leader roles in marching and concert ensembles at MTSU.
