2024 - 2025 'Rines Dance Tryout Information
FOR THOSE WHO ATTENDED THE MANDATORY MEETING ONLY: If you are interested in trying out for the Wolverines 2024 - 2025 team and would like to receive updated information, please join the REMIND group. The Instructions are provided below.
REQUIRED Items to Be Uploaded:
1.Candidate Headshot in Color (please look straight ahead)
2. Current Report Card (Q1 - Q3)
3. Current Physical Form (Must be dated after April 15, 2024)
Once you have read and agree to accept the 2024 - 2025 LHS 'Rines Dance Team Policies and Procedures and are ready to upload ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS, please click the Candidate Registration Link. Please only complete the registration form ONCE. If you have any questions regarding the registration form, please contact Mrs. Shanklin via email at [email protected]
PLEASE NOTE: The Candidate Registration Form can only be accessed when the student is logged into their personal Office365 school email account. Both the information and uploaded files are sent directly to Mrs. Shanklin ONLY so there is no chance of anyone else accessing the information.
**If the candidate does not have an Office365 account, please email Mrs. Shanklin for instructions on how to get her the documents prior to the April 18th deadline.
