What is Club Interact?
- A club that focuses on our community and finding new and creative ways to improve it.
- Every community-based event is going to be a hands-on project.
- Club InterAct is an experience that teaches individuals: the value of community service, develop leadership skills, to improve on their social skills.
- Our future meetings will be held every other Thursdays of the month.
- They will be after school from 3:45pm-4:15pm. Meet in the glass house by the front office.
- Our most common events will be Feed the Children. This event is creating boxes, to then fill them with either food items or personal items. They are shipped out to families in need across the nation.
- Road-Way clean-up is an event that is held once a semester. Members will clean the sideways of the Lavergne high campus and more
- Toys for tots is an event that has members pack a bag or presents to give to families! It is typically held around the holidays.
- To become an Interact-er is simple! Just Answer the following questions in one page paper:
- Who are you? (We are interested in getting to know you and your interests)
- Why do you want to be part of Interact?
- What are you looking to get out of Interact?
- Are you in any other LHS clubs? If so, tell us.
