Originally from California, I moved to Tennessee in 2006. I hold a Bachelor’s in Finance, Real Estate, and Law from Cal State Long Beach and a Master’s in Economics from MTSU. With 20 years of experience as a licensed real estate appraiser, I own a real estate appraisal company. Currently, I teach Math Reasoning, inspiring and educating the next generation.
