Tech Work Orders

If you have something in your classroom that is not working, please email your work order to and include:


  • the RCS tag number
  • your room number
  • a brief description of the issue


What Constitutes a Work Order? Email for the following problems:

  • teacher computer or student computer is not working properly.
  • projector, printer, interwrite board, etc. is not functioning properly.
  • announcements are not showing up.
  • you have a student who cannot login to computer or program.

Email the tech coach ( directly or schedule a meeting for the following situations:

  • request for a model lesson or collaboration
  • request for a day training on a program
  • remonstration on a technology tool.
  • anything else I can help you with.


IMPORTANT: Please be aware that it might prolong the amount of wait time if you do not send in the work order properly.


David Ferrand is the tech assigned to LHS, and he will be here on Mondays & Thursdays. We ask that you refrain from stopping him (or any other tech) to come work on a problem you are having. He has a list of submitted WOs and will attend to them in the order in which they are received. The most efficient manner to resolve your tech issue is to submit a work order as soon as you notice the problem. David will prioritize the order if you have a tech “emergency.”
